Our founding partner, Eliana Baraldi, has a Master’s Degree in International Law and is a graduate of the São Paulo University Law School - USP. She has been practicing law for almost 30 years and has been active in arbitration since it started to take root in Brazil in 2002. She is a frequent arbiter in domestic and international arbitrations administered by the most prestigious chambers and has diligently performed institutional activities related to the area since 2002. She is also currently a professor in the academic field (LLM in Commercial Arbitration at Faculdades IBMEC in São Paulo and visiting professor of International and Comparative Law at Auburn University, AL, USA) and has written numerous articles and given various domestic and international lectures on arbitration, mediation, and dispute boards.
